Dublin Fire Brigade rushed to the scene in Holywell in Swords just before 1am. Five fire engines, including a turntable ladder and emergency tender were dispatched to tackle the blaze.
Two people were taken to hospital following the incident. Emergency services worked through the night to ensure all residents were safely evacuated.
