Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to your use of pembrokefiredoors.ie, including our Door Check pages and online payment pages. By using the website you accept them. Work we carry out for you is covered by our written quotation and invoice terms, which take priority over these website terms.
About us
This website is operated by Pembroke Fire Doors, Unit 3, Crossland Business Park, Ballymount Road Lower, Dublin 12, D12VOCP. Email office@pembrokefiredoors.ie, phone +353 1 292 1640.
Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about fire doors and our services. It is not a substitute for a professional inspection of your building. Fire safety duties remain with the building owner or person in control of the premises.
Quotations
Prices or estimates given through the website or by phone are not binding until we confirm them in a written quotation. Each quotation sets out the scope of work, price and its own terms.
Door Check pages
The QR codes on our door labels open a Door Check page for that building, showing when it was last inspected and when the next inspection is due. The dates shown are for information and come from our records at the time. Fault reports submitted through these pages are passed to us and, where appropriate, to the building owner or manager. In an emergency always call 112 or 999.
Online payments
Invoices can be paid online by card through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider. Payment is due in line with the terms printed on your invoice. A receipt is emailed to you once payment is confirmed.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, submit false fault reports, try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or interfere with how it works.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Pembroke Fire Doors or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference but may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
